Little David's Model LD-7 pressure sensitive case taper is an affordable top and bottom case taper for large runs of uniform cases or for lines that require minimal case size changes.

The heavy-duty construction and simplistic operation of the LD-7 are features that Loveshaw products are known and recognized for. Height adjustments can be made to the upper head in just seconds. Leg extensions allow the height adjustment from 22” to 30” easy and comfortable for the operator. The upper head is balanced by the heavy duty 2” by 4” mast with a flat constant tension spring. This manually adjusted carton sealer is also equipped with self-centering side rails to keep your boxes square.

The LD-7 taper applies strips of pressure sensitive machine packing tape to both the top and bottom center seam of the case simultaneously. As the case passes through the machine, rubber rollers wipe down the top and bottom tape to ensure the tape is firmly fastened. The securely sealed case is automatically discharged, and the LD-7 is then ready to process another case immediately.
